Formerly known as Skin Fix Med Spa Jonesboro, JUL Aesthetics & Medical Lounge is a fresh chapter built on familiar roots. Founded by cousins and Jonesboro natives Lori Alpe and Jade Clark, JUL brings a renewed energy and a refined approach to aesthetics, health, and wellness.

Here, beauty is never overdone — it’s about subtle, natural enhancements that help you feel like your best self. With complimentary consultations and customized treatment plans tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and budget, the JUL team blends expertise, artistry, and genuine care to make confidence feel effortless.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and business development in Arkansas, Lori is the driving force behind the seamless day-to-day operations at JUL. Her dedication ensures every client experience is exceptional and every detail is handled with care.

Lori’s favorite treatment? Microneedling (and skincare!!!) — a game-changer for her after overcoming a long battle with acne, inspiring her passion to help others achieve their best skin.

When she’s not keeping JUL running like clockwork, Lori enjoys hunting and fishing with her husband Adam, cheering on her son Kade’s stage performances, and celebrating her other son Kollin as he crosses the finish line in his go-kart race.

Aesthetic Injector & Co-Owner

Jade has been elevating aesthetics in Arkansas for the past 3 years with a passion for natural results and personalized care. Her favorite treatment? Dysport, of course — because "nothing is better than a smooth forehead."

Skilled in facial balancing using injectable artistry, and laser treatments for pigmentation, Jade blends science and beauty to help her clients feel confident in their own skin.

When she’s not transforming faces in the treatment room, you’ll find her enjoying river days with her husband Billy, cruising on a scooter with her son Boone, or playing all things girly with her daughter Stella.

Licensed Esthetician

Lilly has been a licensed esthetician in Arkansas for 2 years, bringing passion, precision, and personalized care to every appointment. Her favorite treatment? Dermaplane — because it’s super satisfying and “who wants all that peach fuzz on their face- for real?”

Known for her deep knowledge of skin science and her warm, results-driven approach, Lilly specializes in customizing protocols to treat everything from acne and pigmentation to dullness and texture. She’s your go-to for glowy, healthy, confident skin — with no filters needed.

When she’s not transforming skin, you’ll find her shopping with her girlfriends, playing board and card games with family, and cooking delicious meals for her boyfriend William.
